After the manager sends your order, you will receive an SMS with the express waybill number. Using this number, you can track your order at any time on the official website or in the application of the NOVA POSHTA company.
HOW TO TRACK AN INTERNATIONAL PARCEL?
After sending your order, you will receive a tracking number by email, which you can use to track your parcel.
FREE SHIPPING IN UKRAINE
Free delivery by Nova Poshta is valid when ordering for a total amount of 3000 UAH (including discounts, promotions, loyalty programs).
WORLDWIDE FREE SHIPPING
Free delivery by Ukrposhta is valid for orders over 250$ (including discounts, promotions, loyalty programs).
Free UPS express-delivery is valid for orders for a total amount of 500$ (including discounts, promotions, loyalty programs).
ATTENTION!
After arriving at the Nova Poshta office, the parcel is stored for a maximum of 5 days, then it is returned back, and you will have to pay for the delivery and storage of the cargo again! Do not delay receiving the parcel!
PARSEL REFUSED
Delivery costs in connection with the exchange / return of products of good quality are paid by the client. In case of refusal from the goods (except in the case of detection of defects), the client pays the shipping cost in both directions.
