HOW TO EXCHANGE / RETURN THE PRODUCT?

 

A product that for any reason did not suit you can be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the date of purchase, but provided that its presentation, packaging and labels have been preserved, it has never been worn, has not been used (according to Article 9 Section 2 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights").
Please note that, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, the following items cannot be returned: feather and down products, gloves, underwear, hosiery, bed linen.
Please note that custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

In case of refusal from the goods (except in the case of detection of defects), the client pays the shipping cost in both directions Delivery costs in connection with the exchange / return of products of good quality are paid by the client.

 

If you want to exchange / return a product, you need to contact the manager of the online store (by phone or in the messenger) and agree on all the details.

 

The return of goods is carried out by the delivery of Nova Poshta (for international orders - by other carriers) at the expense of the buyer. Refunds for goods are made to the buyer's card within 2-3 days after we receive the goods.

 

Exchange and return of goods with a manufacturing defect is possible only after preliminary agreement with the manager of the online store by phone or in the messenger.
